2.3 Technical Requirements

2.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceCraft Academy, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services.

2.5 Third-Party Interactions

Your interactions with other students, third-party websites, or external resources accessed through our services are solely between you and those parties. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from such interactions.

3.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

4.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services must be instituted exclusively in the courts of Tokyo. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

4.3 Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through the following process:

3. Formal Proceedings: Only after completing steps 1 and 2 may either party initiate arbitration or litigation

4.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

4.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any course-specific enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceCraft Academy regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

4.8 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
